Built as a carriage house for one of the stately mansions in the Louisville, KY historic district of Old Louisville, this unique home was later used as an artist studio before a modern renovation made it suitable for residential living. The home had a second story structure added, including a garage and primary suite, connected to the original building via a glass loggia and interior courtyard. This was Chinotto House owner’s Chelsey Cox’s previous residence during her Kentucky stint and really made the house a home with a relaxed and refined interior design style to bring a little of the Sunshine State flair to the Bluegrass State!
